Born in Iran, Mo Kazemi left his home country at the age of eleven in 1994. After spending two years in Spain, he arrived in the United States in 1996. By the age of 16, he had entered the workforce, starting at an auto parts store, where he began honing his work ethic and business acumen. In 2005, Mo moved to Las Vegas and immediately fell in love with the city. He joined LKQ, the largest company in the auto parts industry, where he gained invaluable experience over five years. In 2011, during the height of the recession, Mo founded Partsco, a company that he grew into a nationally recognized brand. Partsco earned a spot on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies for three consecutive years (2016, 2017, and 2018). In 2019, Mo successfully sold Partsco to AutoNation, a Fortune 100 company, and later to carparts.com. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of Mo’s transition from the auto parts industry to commercial real estate. Leveraging his skills in negotiation, relationship-building, branding, and business operations, Mo co-founded XYZ Group in 2024 with his partner MJ. Based in downtown Las Vegas, Mo is passionate about contributing to the area’s growth and revitalization. Downtown Las Vegas holds a special place in his heart, inspiring his commitment to fostering community development and economic progress. Mo’s expertise in commercial real estate focuses on industrial warehouses, flex spaces, and distribution centers. Outside of work, Mo is a big foodie and music enthusiast who enjoys exploring new restaurants, attending concerts, and discovering new sounds. He cherishes time with his family, including his wife of 24 years, his son, and his daughter. A classic car aficionado, Mo loves riding his vintage vehicles and has a deep passion for traveling the world.
